Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions represent an agreement between the Sunshine Public School and the prospective student. Any amendments made by the Sunshine Public School will be made available on our website, which you should consult regularly. We shall take reasonable steps to bring these changes to the attention of affected students as soon as reasonably practicable. Sunshine Public School reserves the right to terminate this contract if a student does not obey the School Terms & Conditions. Students shall abide by the rules and regulations framed by the Institute from time to time. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Sunshine Public School in relation to its subject matter.


FEES REFUND POLICY

In most cases, once a payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable. How ever, exceptions may be considered based on the following scenarios:

  • At a time, more than one payment is inadvertently rendered for the same application.
  • If registration is not processed or declined by the respective Board/ University.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

NOTE : Fees once paid will not be carried over for future session. There can be no perception/ ides/ anticipation/ interests or any deviations from what is mentioned in fees structure. Also, no request for delay / non-payment will be entertained
